Appreciation Day 2022
Slowly but surely regaining our balance, we were able to hold our first major event this year. We celebrated our Annual Appreciation Day themed: Inspire 2022, filled with gratitude to everyone who stayed with us and walked with us throughout the worst of the pandemic.
Project: IKEA Philippines
Swedish furniture giant IKEA opened the doors of its largest store in the world at Pasay Philippines. It is also equipped with the largest kitchen to serve its largest restaurant to date.
For kitchen projects this size, there is only one company to trust. Fabtech supplied and installed all of the kitchen equipment, stainless counters, check-out counters, and refrigeration systems for the entire IKEA facility.
Company Sponsored Vaccination
As the country continuously strives to bounce back and fight the spread of the virus, we wanted to take measure in taking care of our community members. We make sure to cover the member’s health as much as we are capable.
Payday Friyay: Eggzoiting Summer!
To celebrate summer and confirmation of our continued work with IKEA Philippines, we had an "Egg-Hunting-Trivia Game" day where employees hunt for eggs with trivia and treats inside.
Community Love and Appreciation Day: Everyday Champions
With all that happened since the pandemic, we wanted to acknowledge and appreciate everyone for being our champions, those who stepped-up during the most challenging times. It was Valentine’s Day 2021 and we celebrated it by highlighting that love has its many forms, that it is beyond just romance. We wanted to use this day to show that Love is more about Friendships, Family, and the community.
Annual Raffle: Payday Friday
Being in the lockdown for many months and not able to see each other, we craved for the presence of everyone here at the Fabtech Group Building. We held our first employee engagement over a long time – Annual Raffle: Payday Friday.
Upcoming Future Faces Multipurpose Center
This pandemic has affected us all but we often forget that it has not hit us all equally. The most vulnerable parts of our community are affected much worse. Any type of recovery plan must look at grassroots level because COVID-19 does not choose who to infect. We are only as strong as our weakest link.
nCOV Recovery Plan Series # 3 - Home Baking
The third in our Food Service Recovery Plan series is called “Home Baking”. Filipinos are now turning their passion into businesses to adapt to the new normal. With your home business growing, what are the next steps to improve quality and quantity? You need an affordable but professional convection oven.
nCOV Recovery Plan Series # 2 - FABcare Audit
The second in our Food Service Recovery Plan series is called “FABcare Audit”. Kitchens that have been left alone for months are vulnerable to a lot of unseen damages due to degradation, pests, etc. Fabtech has a fully equipped team of highly experienced technicians to give you a full audit for you to understand the real situation of your equipment. It is like going to a hospital to get a full checkup and diagnosis. You want to avoid going until the last minute, which by that time, it might be too late.
nCOV Recovery Plan Series # 1 - Blast Freezing
Due to the ongoing pandemic, many businesses have been heavily affected especially in our industry of food service. A lot of restaurants and hotels have had to close down for more than 2 months. Some have shifted to pick up and delivery. With Fabtech’s mission to “Fulfill Potential”, we want to equip you for the “new normal” that the industry are facing and will continue to face. The first in the series is “Blast Freezing”. This technology will help you adapt to the new normal by providing you a tool to deliver to customers faster and cheaper.
nCOV Heal as One
With everyones help, we were able to fabricate a total of 300 stainless steel beds. These are very heavy duty beds that can easily be disinfected and cleaned. We also designed them to be modular and collapsible so that they can be easily stored for future use.
Employee Magazine Issue 03
The latest issue of Fabtech Group of Companies Employee Magazine not only covers our recent projects and upcoming goals, it also covers day to day tidbits like our recommended reading list for people commuting to work.
