Upcoming Future Faces Multipurpose Center

This pandemic has affected us all but we often forget that it has not hit us all equally. The most vulnerable parts of our community are affected much worse. Any type of recovery plan must look at grassroots level because COVID-19 does not choose who to infect. We are only as strong as our weakest link.

In partnership with Future Faces and Project Pearl in Bulacan, Fabtech Group of Companies is helping design and build a multipurpose center. This center will often act as a soup kitchen that aims to feed 300 to 500 malnourished children a day. These children were transferred from Tondo, Smokey Mountains who often relied on "Pag pag" (food waste) food to survive. Now with the pandemic, they are having an even more difficult time finding sources of food.

This center will also be used to train adults on basic nutrition and cooking skills in the hopes that they can also build their own businesses.

We aim to help complete this project by November.
