FAB-HQ
We have always provided our employees complimentary lunch meals. Fabtech believes that for everyone to work together, we must eat the same, together. Last year, we cemented that belief in our newest development: FAB-HQ. This new venue is a unique amenity provided to our employees.
FAB-HQ is our state-of-the-art cafeteria equipped with the best kitchen equipment available in the market and staffed by professionally trained chefs. Here, our employees enjoy a wide variety of food including: french pastries, gelato, Auro chocolate, and more.
Our employees receive a 50% discount on all their purchases in FAB-HQ. A lot of our employees purchase food and grocery items for their homes, minimizing their grocery time, and maximizing their time with their families.

In 2018, we hosted a basketball tournament and in 2019, we hosted a badminton tournament.

TALENT APPRECIATION
Often, we only see our team members as co-workers, but in reality, we are much more than our work selves. In Fabtech Group of Companies, we do our best to provide avenues for employees to showcase their hidden talents. We hone the multiple intelligences of our employees. These talent shows have become a recurring event and we host 3 to 4 each year.
FABplay DAYCARE CENTER
FABplay is an internally developed daycare facility with a full curriculum design for kids from 2.5 to 5 years old. It is a free benefit offered to all of our employees here in Fabtech Group of Companies.
In Fabtech, we truly believe in our mission of Fulfilling Potential. With FABplay, we are able to fulfill many potentials. On one side, we are providing more equality in the work place by providing young mothers a place to bring their kids and know that they are being taken care off by professionals. This frees them from worrying and allows them to be more competitive in the workplace. On the other, there is none that have more potential than our kids. Their future contains boundless potential and Fabtech aims to at least better prepare and equip them for that.
At FABplay kids have access to many toys and books that encourages them to play, especially with other kids as well. The teacher also provides classes such for skills such as language and math. In addition, we maximize our kitchen commissary, to provide kids with fun experiences such as organic play dough making.
MONTHLY MOVIE RAFFLE
In partnership with Pioneer Films Philippines, we raffle out movie tickets every month to employees with perfect attendance. We promote that our employees have a healthy love life, which is why we give out 2 tickets to every raffle winner.
