The Hobart N50 is a small but mighty 5-quart planetary mixer, designed for culinary schools, small bakeries, restaurants, and other smaller applications. It has a heavy-duty motor with a gear-driven transmission, for years of trouble-free, consistent use.

It has a 1/6 horsepower, fixed-speed motor, with 3 speeds (60, 124, 255 attachment RPM). This is an easy-to-operate machine with large, easy-to-reach controls: the shift handles are located right next to the intentionally large On/Off switch. The operator simply picks the speed the mix calls for and activates the On switch.

This product has a 1-year warranty on parts, labor, and mileage against manufacturer's defects.
