Coldelite VariO Icona Chef Combined Gelato and Pastry Machine

Coldelite VariO Icona Chef is the combined machine for Ice Cream and Pastry that allows Chefs and Pastry Chefs to unleash their creativity, born on the 30th anniversary of the birth of our iconic Compacta.

Thanks to its intuitive LCD Touchscreen display, and its smart interface designed by our Gelato Chefs, it allows you to simplify and improve the operations of using the machine.

The Icona system allows you to switch from one operation to another with just a few "Taps" on the screen, manage recipes, preferences and alerts.

The third inverter, inserted in the upper boiler, allows the stirring speed to be varied and guarantees high flexibility in production.

The chef's door, with adjustable piston, allows the mixture to be extracted from the kettle from the side in an intuitive way.

The Vario system varies the speed and doses the cooling capacity according to the type and quantity of mixture introduced, optimizing production times and reducing electricity and water consumption by up to 30% compared to previous generation batch freezers.

The VariO Icona Chef is only available in the top-of-the-range version, with Ice cream stirrer, Pastry stirrer, silver scrapers, insulated steel door (patented), stainless steel hand shower, ergonomic shelf and aroma holder (optional).
