By allowing varying levels of overrun, this unit is designed for creating 6 quart batches of ice cream, gelato, or sorbet in a compact, countertop, all-in-one freezer, this unit has all the functionality you need.

It features both heating and freezing for production of your finest recipes. With its 2-in-1 structure, you can mix the ingredients and pasteurize them in the upper horizontal cylinder. Simultaneously, the bottom cylinder freezes and produces your frozen desserts from 21 to 38 quarts per hour. Since this unit has a patented external transfer system between the two cylinders, you can mix another batch in the top cylinder without using the bottom one to reduce cleaning. Since this machine can do it all, it offers a lower initial investment to get you into the ice cream business more easily.

This model has an electronic control panel that allows users to easily operate production using a single touch pad. And when you are done with production for the day, cleaning this ice cream freezer is easy. The front lids with safety latches allow for access to the insides of the cylinders, and the removeable mixing blades can be quickly washed between batches. Plus, the included flexible sprayer helps you clean out the cylinders in place.

    • Horizontal mixer - The ingredients are poured into the hopper of the top cylinder. High rotation speed allows the dispersion of dry ingredients in the mix.

    • Pasteurization - Pressing the heating button will start the cycle, which can be adjusted up to 105°C. The control buttons are immediately interpretable; an acoustic/visual signal shows that the temperature has been reached.

    • Direct transfer - The mix is transferred to the freezing cylinder through an outer spigot. The double exit allows to extract high-density products directly from the boiler.

    • Batch freezer - Pressing the button with the cone will start the gelato production cycle. An acoustic/visual signal shows that the gelato is ready.

    • Double speed Extraction - It is possible to set 2 extraction speeds, by choosing between 8 speeds available: this function helps to preserve the product and to variegate it easily. The user can, in any moment, change the speeds manually.
