Our esteemed chefs from our partner Cattabriga hosted a French Pastry Demo featuring their Masterchef machine. Participants learned how to make sophisticated pastries simplified by the use of the Cattabriga Masterchef.

Fabtech gathered guests from the hotel and restaurant industry for the Cattabriga & MEC3 Demo together with Gruppo Dolci and Auro Chocolate held last May 22 and 23.
