As the country continuously strives to bounce back and fight the spread of the virus, we wanted to take measure in taking care of our community members. We make sure to cover the member’s health as much as we are capable.

To celebrate summer and confirmation of our continued work with IKEA Philippines, we had an "Egg-Hunting-Trivia Game" day where employees hunt for eggs with trivia and treats inside.

With all that happened since the pandemic, we wanted to acknowledge and appreciate everyone for being our champions, those who stepped-up during the most challenging times. It was Valentine’s Day 2021 and we celebrated it by highlighting that love has its many forms, that it is beyond just romance. We wanted to use this day to show that Love is more about Friendships, Family, and the community.

Being in the lockdown for many months and not able to see each other, we craved for the presence of everyone here at the Fabtech Group Building. We held our first employee engagement over a long time – Annual Raffle: Payday Friday.

The latest issue of Fabtech Group of Companies Employee Magazine not only covers our recent projects and upcoming goals, it also covers day to day tidbits like our recommended reading list for people commuting to work.

Last November 30, 2019, the Fabtech Service team hosted a team building party to celebrate everyone’s commitment and hard work for the year 2019.

FABplay is an internally developed daycare facility with a full curriculum design for kids from 2.5 to 5 years old. It is a free benefit offered to all of our employees here in Fabtech Group of Companies.

Every year we host a Sports Festival to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. This year, we chose badminton as the main sport. Elimination rounds lasted for 5 weeks. Our finals took place last Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Power Smash Makati.

Our Employee Magazine Issue 01 was a huge success within the company that we have decided to make it a recurring magazine published every six months. Our second issue talks about our January 9 appreciation day wherein we did our tree planting. It also talks about the establishment of our newest company: Green Point Refrigeration Services.

Engineering Department held their Team Building last June 15-16, 2019 at Puerto Del Mar in Candelaria, Zambales. There would be scattered rain showers according to the weather forecast. But that didn't stop the group to push through with their team building.

We invited our wellness partner Anytime Fitness to provide a free wellness consultation for all Fabtech employees. This was in preparation for their subsidized gym membership. Fabtech invests in our employees health.

With our growing number of employees almost reaching a total of 350 scattered across the Philippines, we have invested in the development of our own internal employee magazine to keep everyone up to date of all Fabtech Group of Companies activities. Our first issue talks about the history of Fabtech, our current innovations, and the goals we have for 2019.
