GelAteneo continues to create more opportunities for everyone to learn all about gelato. Our renowned and international award-winning Gelato chefs shared their knowledge from the basics of making Authentic Italian Gelato to advance courses of the intricate processes it consists of.

Our esteemed chefs from our partner Cattabriga hosted a French Pastry Demo featuring their Masterchef machine. Participants learned how to make sophisticated pastries simplified by the use of the Cattabriga Masterchef.

Fabtech gathered guests from the hotel and restaurant industry for the Cattabriga & MEC3 Demo together with Gruppo Dolci and Auro Chocolate held last May 22 and 23.
