Community Love 2026: Love Team is Team Love

Community Love is our annual Valentine’s Day celebration, honoring the connections that make our workplace a true community. This year’s theme, “Love Team is Team Love,” is a playful reminder that when we support and appreciate one another, we’re more than colleagues—we’re a team. Let’s come together to celebrate the laughter, kindness, and camaraderie that make our community so special.

The event was filled with fun and meaningful activities designed to bring everyone together. From sweet treats and interactive games to team challenges and heartfelt surprises, each moment is an opportunity to connect, share appreciation, and create new memories as one united team. Here are the highlights of the celebration:

Blind Date with a Book

Employees donated books and selected one at random from the collection. The activity promoted reading, sharing, and the simple enjoyment of discovering something new through a colleague’s recommendation.

GAmes

Employees embraced the Valentine’s spirit through a variety of fun and creative activities. They hunted for “broken heart” pieces to team up, showcased their creativity in team performances, decorated workstations with festive themes, dressed in Valentine-inspired attire, and shared appreciation through personalized love cards. Each activity encouraged collaboration, celebration, and connection across the workplace.

Prizes and Raffles

To make the games and challenges even more exciting, employees had the chance to win a mix of prizes, including chocolates, small appliances, and other items for the home. The pre-raffle and game prizes added anticipation and extra fun to the day.

Sweet Treats for Everyone

No Valentine’s celebration would be complete without something sweet! Every employee received a specially made cookie, a small token of appreciation and a reminder of the day’s community spirit.

The Heart of Teamwork

“Love Team is Team Love” successfully balanced engagement and professionalism. More than a Valentine’s celebration, it was an opportunity to strengthen relationships, encourage collaboration, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Events like these remind us that a connected team is a productive team — and that recognition, creativity, and shared experiences play an important role in building a strong organization.
