What is Bubu Bar?
When Ria and Jake Soriano discovered they were both lactose intolerant, it gave them the idea to open their own gelato shop for foodies who wanted to indulge in their love of ice cream. Ria Soriano began making ice cream as a hobby in their home kitchen in 2017, but when 2020 arrived, they realizes they needed to focus on their passion, so they opened the 'BuBu Bar', which specializes in making ice cream but also offers a relaxing environment in which to stay.
With the creation of the BuBu Bar, Fabtech Kitchen was able to optimize their kitchen area, marking a significant achievement for us as we provided their commissary with culinary equipment.
