A single sensor core temperature probe is included. Skyline ovens include a wing-shaped handle with an ergonomic design and hands-free opening with the elbow, making tray management easier. They have a double thermo-glazed door with an open frame design, providing a cool exterior door panel. The door has a swing hinged inner glass with an easy-release mechanism for cleaning. The inside chamber is seamless and hygienic, with all edges rounded for simple cleaning and made of 304 AISI stainless steel.
