  • The Alto-Shaam 750-S mobile holding cabinet has a temperature range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with a digital display to ensure that your food stays at the right temperature. A 20 gauge stainless steel door features a handle impregnated with antimicrobial additives for increased food safety!

    Other convenient features include a set of 3 1/2" heavy duty casters (2 with brakes), two chrome plated side racks, eleven pan positions spaced at 1 3/8" increments, and three chrome plated wire shelves. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
