The Halo Heat System utilizes unique, electric thermal cable that's wrapped around three sides of the cabinet, providing a gentle, radiant heat source for your food. That results in no cold or hot spots, or air movement to dry out your food! As a result, the Halo Heat system preserves food quality longer, resulting in less waste!

  • Thanks to its innovative Halo Heat system, the Alto-Shaam 1200-UP dual compartment hot holding cabinet keeps hot foods at safe, even temperatures while retaining as much moisture as possible! Its durable heavy duty 20 gauge stainless steel exterior will stand up to years of heavy use! The two door design with controls for each cabinet means you can use two different temperatures, while the universal rack design accommodates standard full size food pans or full size sheet pans.

    A set 5" heavy duty casters (2 with brakes), provides easy mobility. Each compartment is equipped with two sets of chrome plated universal side rails and four sets of pan slides to accommodate standard full size pans. The pan supports are adjustable in 16 positions, spaced on 1 3/4" centers. This cabinet requires a 120V electrical connection.
