It's LOVE month, and it was certainly felt at FabHQ on February 14, 2024, as we celebrated this year's Fabtech Community Love!

Fabtech Group gives high importance on the health and welfare of our employees. We continue to provide more and upgraded benefits for our employees to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle and condition.

Valentine’s Day is not only for lovers, but it was also high time to spread love to our community members.

It is only fitting to recognize our community members who put in effort and love to our daily work here at Fabtech Group. We held our Everyday Champions to appreciate our co-workers for their outstanding work and contribution.

We kicked off our Social Media Accounts for all Fabtech Group of Companies, and we believe that the best brand promotion always comes from our people.

Learning is a continuous process and we always look for ways to share knowledge and multiple growth opportunities. Our learning sessions and programs are designed to enhance skills set, personalities, and career plans of our employees as we fully invested in our mission to fulfill potential.

To celebrate summer and confirmation of our continued work with IKEA Philippines, we had an "Egg-Hunting-Trivia Game" day where employees hunt for eggs with trivia and treats inside.

With all that happened since the pandemic, we wanted to acknowledge and appreciate everyone for being our champions, those who stepped-up during the most challenging times. It was Valentine’s Day 2021 and we celebrated it by highlighting that love has its many forms, that it is beyond just romance. We wanted to use this day to show that Love is more about Friendships, Family, and the community.

Being in the lockdown for many months and not able to see each other, we craved for the presence of everyone here at the Fabtech Group Building. We held our first employee engagement over a long time – Annual Raffle: Payday Friday.

We have recently added a recruitment portal on our website that completely automates our recruitment process. It provides all applicants a comprehensive list of available jobs in Fabtech Group of Companies.

Last November 30, 2019, the Fabtech Service team hosted a team building party to celebrate everyone’s commitment and hard work for the year 2019.

FABplay is an internally developed daycare facility with a full curriculum design for kids from 2.5 to 5 years old. It is a free benefit offered to all of our employees here in Fabtech Group of Companies.
